The Sound, The Silence

The Sound, The Silence was my first solo exhibition. It consisted of 12 photos taken throughout 2006 at concerts.

In essence these portraits were a search through balance and contrast. Between sound and silence, between light and dark and between the exuberant and the serene. Because it's often the opposites that define identity..

The photos were exhibited at Rotown in Rotterdam, The Netherlands throughout february 2007.
